SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Educational Library

The SUD Committee, created in March 2022, is an interdisciplinary, multi-agency group formed under the MOCJ program. Its mission is to save lives and improve the quality of lives of justice-involved individuals who use drugs through collaborative, interdisciplinary efforts rooted in education, client-empowerment and evidence-based approaches including medications, behavioral therapy and harm reduction.

The purpose of the SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Library is to serve as a repository for content related to substance use, substance use disorders, overdose, co-occurring mental illness, harm reduction, treatment, recovery and other material aimed at educating and empowering Housing Works staff and the population we serve.
